CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that schedules change and unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Vida Luxe Aesthetics at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 30% service fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours or if you do not show up for your scheduled time. This policy helps protect reserved appointment time and ensures availability for all clients. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to respect the schedule of other guests. If the schedule does not allow the service to be completed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the 30% cancellation fee may apply. We are unable to extend appointment times due to late arrivals. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and commitment to every guest.
